I am one of your elected officials and I routinely accept comment, critique and complaints about service levels and other matters in the Town of Midland. As part of Council’s commitment to better serve our residents, we have launched a new online tool (E-Service) where we ask that you report concerns. Each complaint will be given a number, routed to the right department head and you WILL get followup.
Of course you can still contact me, but I will always ask you if you have tried E-Service. We get statistics about the complaints and our response to them – but only if you use the tool.
